The Rolex Datejust has remained one of the maison's defining collections since its introduction in 1945, combining timeless design with the practicality of its signature date display. The Ref. 69173G presents the classic ladies' Datejust in an elegant combination of stainless steel and 18ct yellow gold, complemented by factory-set diamond hour markers.
This Rolex Datejust 26 Ref. 69173G features a 26mm case framed by Rolex's signature fluted bezel in 18ct yellow gold. Its rich blue dial is set with applied diamond hour markers, a less commonly encountered configuration that offers a striking alternative to the champagne and lighter-toned dials more frequently associated with two-tone Datejust models of this era. The date display sits at 3 o'clock beneath the characteristic Cyclops lens, while a two-tone Jubilee bracelet in stainless steel and 18ct yellow gold completes the quintessential Datejust aesthetic.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 2135 automatic movement, offering an approximately 42-hour power reserve. Presented in good condition with minimal wear considering its age and offered with box and papers. Circa 1994. As with all vintage timepieces, we do not recommend wearing this watch in or around water, regardless of its original water resistance rating. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
Condition grades relate to cosmetic presentation. Originality, replacement parts, service history and accessories are described separately where known. Please refer to the individual product description and photographs for further details.
