Terms of service

All orders are subject to acceptance by J. Farren Price.
Submission of an online order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch at our sole discretion.
Orders may be declined if the item has already been sold, is no longer available, payment is not received within the specified timeframe, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, an error or any other irregularity.
If payment has been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
All online orders are subject to final verification of stock availability prior to acceptance. Whilst every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory, watches may occasionally become unavailable due to in-store sales or other circumstances.
