Refund policy

Returns Policy (Online Purchases):

• New watches are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• Pre-owned watches purchased online are eligible for a 24-hour return, provided:

  • We are notified within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • The watch is returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.

  • The watch has not been worn, altered or damaged.

  • All boxes, papers, accessories and supplied items are returned.

  • The watch has not been resized or otherwise modified.

  • The return is approved by J. Farren Price.

• Once approved, the watch must be dispatched back to us via an insured courier.

Terms of service:

• All orders are subject to acceptance by J. Farren Price.

• Submission of an online order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch at our sole discretion.

• Orders may be declined if the item has already been sold, is no longer available, payment is not received within the specified timeframe, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, an error or any other irregularity.

• If payment has been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

• All online orders are subject to final verification of stock availability prior to acceptance. Whilst every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory, watches may occasionally become unavailable due to in-store sales or other circumstances.

• Unless the watch is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of insured return shipping.

• The policy operates in conjunction with the customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
