Tudor Black Bay Heritage

The Tudor Black Bay draws inspiration from the brand’s historic dive watches of the 1950s and 1960s, combining vintage design cues with modern construction and performance. The Ref. 79230N represents an important evolution of the collection, introducing Tudor’s in-house movement while retaining the distinctive Snowflake hands and classic proportions that define the Black Bay.

This Tudor Black Bay Heritage Ref. 79230N features a 41mm stainless steel case with a black dial, applied luminous hour markers and signature Snowflake hands. Its unidirectional dive bezel features a black anodised aluminium insert, complemented by a domed sapphire crystal and stainless steel Oyster-style bracelet. An additional NATO-style fabric strap provides a more casual alternative, while water resistance is rated to 200 metres.

Powering the watch is the Tudor calibre MT5602 automatic movement, featuring a silicon balance spring and COSC chronometer certification and offering an approximately 70-hour power reserve. Offered as a full set. Circa 2017. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

• New Old Stock (NOS)
  An unworn watch from an earlier production period. Minor storage or handling marks may be present.
• Mint
  An exceptional pre-owned example presenting in near-new condition, with no visible wear.
• Excellent
  A very well-preserved watch showing only light signs of careful use.
• Very Good
  A well-presented watch showing normal signs of use, including minor scratches or surface wear.
• Good
  A watch showing more noticeable signs of regular use and age, while remaining presentable.

Vintage watches
Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
