Rolex Submariner Date "Kermit" Ref. 16610LV
Introduced in 2003 to celebrate the Submariner's 50th anniversary, the Ref. 16610LV brought a distinctive green bezel to the collection for the first time. Affectionately nicknamed the "Kermit" by collectors, it paired this anniversary colour with a black Maxi dial and larger luminous hour markers, creating one of the most recognisable five-digit Submariners.
This Rolex Submariner Date Ref. 16610LV features a 40mm Oystersteel case with a black dial, applied luminous hour markers and green aluminium unidirectional dive bezel. A sapphire crystal and Oyster bracelet complete its classic proportions, with water resistance originally rated to 300 metres. The watch displays superficial signs of wear consistent with use, while the bracelet exhibits some stretch and notching, as pictured.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 3135 automatic movement, offering an approximately 48-hour power reserve. Fully serviced and polished, and offered with box, booklet and swing tag. Circa 2007. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

Vintage watches
Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
Condition grades relate to cosmetic presentation. Originality, replacement parts, service history and accessories are described separately where known. Please refer to the individual product description and photographs for further details.
