The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date combines the brand’s signature Oyster case and self-winding Perpetual movement with a practical date display. The Ref. 15053 represents a classic two-tone configuration, combining stainless steel with 18ct yellow gold. Its traditional 34mm proportions and champagne dial reflect the understated styling of Rolex watches from the 1980s.

Case & Details

This Oyster Perpetual Date features a 34mm stainless steel and 18ct yellow gold case with a champagne dial and applied baton hour markers. A date display at 3 o’clock, plexiglass crystal and two-tone Jubilee bracelet complete the design.

Movement & Provenance

Powered by the Rolex calibre 3035 automatic chronometer movement, featuring a quickset date function and offering an approximately 48-hour power reserve. Presented in vintage condition and offered as a watch-only example, circa 1986. Due to the age of this timepiece, we do not recommend wearing it in or around water, regardless of its original water resistance rating. For complete peace of mind, this timepiece is accompanied by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.
