The Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller James Cameron commemorates filmmaker and explorer James Cameron's historic 2012 solo descent to the deepest point on Earth, the Mariana Trench. Its distinctive blue-to-black gradient dial reflects the journey from the sunlit ocean surface into the darkness of the deep, while the Deepsea collection represents the pinnacle of Rolex's engineering, developed to withstand the extreme pressures encountered in professional saturation diving.
This Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller James Cameron Ref. 116660 is crafted from Oystersteel and features the iconic D-Blue gradient dial with luminous applied hour markers. The substantial 44mm Oyster case is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal and paired with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet, while Rolex's Ringlock System and helium escape valve contribute to an exceptional depth rating of 3,900 metres.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 3135 automatic movement, an in-house chronometer renowned for its reliability and precision, offering an approximately 48-hour power reserve. Presented in excellent condition. Offered with box, card and white tag. Circa 2016. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
