The Rolex Datejust has remained one of the maison’s most enduring designs since its introduction in 1945, celebrated for its timeless proportions and refined versatility. The Ref. 116234 presents this classic 36mm model in an elegant White Rolesor configuration, combining stainless steel and 18ct white gold with the added luxury of a diamond-set dial. Its rich blue colour and traditional styling make it a particularly appealing interpretation of the iconic Datejust.
This Rolex Datejust 36 Ref. 116234 features a 36mm Oystersteel case with a striking blue dial adorned with ten applied diamond hour markers. Rolex’s signature fluted bezel, crafted from 18ct white gold, beautifully complements the dial, while a flat sapphire crystal with Cyclops date magnifier and classic stainless steel Jubilee bracelet complete its refined aesthetic. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 3135 automatic movement, offering an approximately 48-hour power reserve. Presented in exceptional, mint condition, this circa 2015 example has never been worn and is offered as a full set. Finding a Datejust of this generation in such remarkable, untouched condition is exceptionally uncommon, making this a particularly compelling opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts. With its beautiful blue diamond-set dial, traditional fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet, this is a configuration that would be extraordinarily difficult to replicate on today’s market, especially in unworn condition. For complete peace of mind, this timepiece is accompanied by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

Vintage watches
Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
Condition grades relate to cosmetic presentation. Originality, replacement parts, service history and accessories are described separately where known. Please refer to the individual product description and photographs for further details.
