The Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch is one of the most historically significant chronographs ever produced, forever associated with NASA's Apollo missions and the first Moon landing in 1969. This modern "Sapphire Sandwich" interpretation preserves the unmistakable Moonwatch aesthetic while introducing sapphire crystals to both the front and caseback, allowing its celebrated mechanical movement to be viewed within.
This Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional Ref. 310.30.42.50.01.002 features a 42mm stainless steel case with a stepped black chronograph dial, white hour markers and classic three-register layout. Its black anodised aluminium bezel carries the famous tachymeter scale with the historically inspired "dot over 90" detail, while a sapphire crystal and stainless steel bracelet complete the design. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
Powering the watch is the manual-winding Omega calibre 3861 Co-Axial Master Chronometer movement, visible through the sapphire caseback and offering an approximately 50-hour power reserve. Offered as a full set with box and cards. Circa 2022. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
Condition grades relate to cosmetic presentation. Originality, replacement parts, service history and accessories are described separately where known. Please refer to the individual product description and photographs for further details.
