JLC Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Tribute 80th Anniversary

Created to celebrate the Reverso's 80th anniversary in 2011, the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Tribute pays homage to the earliest Reverso models of the 1930s. Its slender profile, restrained dial and unmistakable Art Deco styling make this sought-after Tribute reference a particularly compelling piece for true collectors and Reverso enthusiasts.

This Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Tribute Ref. Q2788570 features a stainless steel reversible case with a black dial, cream baton hour markers and matching hands. The beautifully restrained design is complemented by the Reverso's signature gadroons and a sapphire crystal, while the reversible caseback provides the classic blank surface traditionally used for personal engraving. The watch is currently fitted to a custom leather strap and is accompanied by its original black alligator leather strap. Please note there is a visible scratch at approximately the 5 o'clock position, as pictured. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.

Powering the watch is the Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 822/2 manual-winding manufacture movement, specifically shaped for the rectangular Reverso case and offering an approximately 42-hour power reserve.   An exceptional pre-owned example presenting in near-new condition, with no visible wear.

  A very well-preserved watch showing only light signs of careful use.
• Very Good
  A well-presented watch showing normal signs of use, including minor scratches or surface wear.
• Good
  A watch showing more noticeable signs of regular use and age, while remaining presentable.

Vintage watches
Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
