Breitling B-2 Chronograph

The Breitling B-2 Chronograph is a bold aviation-inspired timepiece that builds on the brand’s long association with professional pilots. Produced in the early 2000s, it has become a favourite among collectors for its robust construction, distinctive slide-rule bezel, and unconventional chronograph layout.

This Ref. A42362 features a black dial with contrasting white chronograph sub-dials and a date display, housed within a substantial 43mm stainless steel case. The signature bidirectional slide-rule bezel reinforces its pilot-watch heritage, while the sapphire crystal and 100 metres of water resistance ensure excellent everyday durability. A distinctive 10-minute counter and 3-hour chronograph register further set the B-2 apart from traditional chronograph designs.

Powered by the Breitling Calibre 42 automatic movement, based on the ETA 2892-A2 with a Dubois-Dépraz chronograph module, it offers proven reliability and an approximately 42-hour power reserve. Watch-only. Circa 2002. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.

• New
  Brand-new and unworn, supplied by J. Farren Price as an authorised dealer with the applicable manufacturer warranty.
• New Old Stock (NOS)
  An unworn watch from an earlier production period. Minor storage or handling marks may be present.
• Mint
  An exceptional pre-owned example presenting in near-new condition, with no visible wear.
• Excellent
  A very well-preserved watch showing only light signs of careful use.
• Very Good
  A well-presented watch showing normal signs of use, including minor scratches or surface wear.
• Good
  A watch showing more noticeable signs of regular use and age, while remaining presentable.

Vintage watches
Condition is assessed in the context of the watch's age. Natural patina and period-appropriate ageing may be present and do not necessarily detract from its grade.
