The Rolex Sea-Dweller was developed as a professional saturation-diving watch, offering significantly greater depth capability than the Submariner alongside its distinctive helium escape valve. Introduced in 2017 to celebrate the Sea-Dweller's 50th anniversary, the Ref. 126600 introduced a larger 43mm case and a Cyclops lens over the date for the first time in the collection's history.
Crafted from Oystersteel, this Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 126600 features a black dial with applied luminous hour markers and the distinctive "SEA-DWELLER" name picked out in red. This red signature was introduced as a tribute to the exceptionally rare early Sea-Dweller prototypes and Ref. 1665 examples featuring a single line of red text, now known by collectors as the "Single Red" Sea-Dweller. Its 43mm Oyster case is complemented by a black Cerachrom ceramic dive bezel, sapphire crystal, helium escape valve and Oyster bracelet, with water resistance rated to an exceptional 1,220 metres.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 3235 automatic movement, featuring the Chronergy escapement and offering an approximately 70-hour power reserve. Presented in excellent condition. Offered with box and card. Circa 2020. Covered by our 24 month J. Farren Price warranty.
